Flex Drive

The Shaw Flexdrive combines all of the classic British amp tones of the 70’s and 80’s in a compact 50 watt package with a touch of modern flexibility. Standard Shaw true point to point construction and a super low noise floor make the Flexdrive right at home, stage or studio.

Features
Plexi channel is a blend of bright and dark classic Plexi tones without the need for channel jumping. Plug in and blend the Norm and Brt controls to taste. Channel switch over to the 800 channel for that classic higher drive British tone. Add the footswitchable mid boost for additional drive and cut where it counts.

Controls
Input jack – Guitar cord goes here.
Plexi Norm – Adjusts the volume and drive of the normal, darker preamp. Can be used independently or blended with the Plexi BRT preamp. Plexi master adjusts overall loudness.
Plexi Brt – Adjusts the volume and drive of the brighter preamp. Can be used independently or blended with the Plexi Norm preamp. Plexi master adjusts overall loudness.
800 – adjusts the volume and drive of the higher gain channel. Use in conjunction with the 800 master to tailor the amount of gain and loudness.
Treble – Rolls off high frequencies
Middle – adjusts midrange level
Bass – Rolls off bass frequencies
Plexi Master- sets the level of the Plexi channel
800 Master – sets the level of the 800 channel.
Presence – rolls off ultra high frequencies in the power amp.

Rear panel
Effects loop send – connect to input of desired effect.
Effects loop return – connect to the output of desired effect.
Speaker output for 4,8, and 16 ohm speakers. Only use one at a time.
