The Shaw Tone Rod SE is a 12 watt Class A Single ended amp that picks up where the beloved Champs, Gibson Skylarks, and other small amps leave off.  Its compliment of a 12AX7 preamp and two (yes two) paralleled 6V6 power tubes takes this amp to a new level for single ended amps. This amp features a single input, Tight switch, Volume, and Tone control, mated with a beefy power transformer, solid state rectifier, and a whopping ten pound audiophile output transformer.  Mate this amp with a good speaker cab, crank it up, and experience sweet Class A tone with tighter bottom end and creamy smooth distortion when pushed.
